To be starkly forthright, I don't personally like the middlenames or the firstname.
RosemarieSophia is my favorite, if I had to choose. While hearing another Sophia would be profoundly tiresome (and not merely for its popularity... it is quite infantile), it is still a decidedly tolerable and fairly professional choice.
Sienna has always irritated me; it sounds very maladroit, inane, awkwardly ornamental, and tawdry. That stands for the similar Sierra, too.
