I think both sound great with the surname and I think they perfectly suit each other as brother and sister. I actually love Damian and Arianna, I just took Damian off my signature names list but only so I could add a very long female name, Damian is still one of my most favorite boys names. Arianna hasn't been on my signature name list in years but I still adore it, I actually was considering putting it in the list or maybe Arianne but I just barely don't love them enough, they still are some of my favorite girls names. I prefer Arianna to Arianne.

How are you pronouncing Arianna? The pronunciation I like is ahr-ee-AHN-uh which was how one of my closet childhood friends pronounced it.

I think they sound nice together, both names have a similar stylish flair to them that I really like together. This sibset reminds me of my childhood friend Julie because growing up she wanted to name her kids Ariana Elizabeth and Dominic James which always sounded like a cool sibset to me.
