Well the other day in my tutorial at uni of ~20 history students, there were 4 Emilys, and three of us were unknowingly sitting together in a row. I like Emily
in theory but not in practice. I would love being an Emily
if it wasn't so damn popular. I'm not adverse to popular names - all my favourite boys names are quite popular atm in Aus - but a name like with usage like Emily
is just ridiculous.
Of course, my parents didn't know that at the time.
I met a baby Emily
the other day at work which was kinda refreshing. I haven't seen that on a little kid irl for a while.
I love my middle name.
