I fit a few...
#2 - I've got quite a few names books, including one from Zambia (although published in Britain), and I think Australia... and I've got a few old ones that belonged to my grandma, so they are from a different generation.
#5 - I always find myself looking for names in movie credits, news articles, books, etc.
#15 - I have a category on my Google News for "baby names" but none of the other ones.
