So my brother and his girlfriend are expecting a baby in October and my brother told me today that they've tentatively decided on a name:
Felix Allan (Allan is after our dad, who passed away a few years back).
WDYT?
I LOVE it, I hope they stick with it. Felix has been on my list for years (but I'm thrilled that they're using it, since who knows if/when I'll have kids and it's not high enough on my list for me to use anyway).
Other names they've kicked around a bit are Micah, Gideon, and Leif, but Felix is apparently pretty solid. There's still a few months yet though, so I guess we'll see.

I love Felix. It's handsome, yet adorable. It's the best one from their list, even though I like Gideon and Micah too.

That's one handsome name. Very nice choice!
Gideon is my favorite of the names they've considered, but it doesn't work nearly as well with Allan as Felix will.

I LOVE Felix! It's a recent addition to my boys list. I feel like it flows with Allan. I don't care for any of their other choices except for Leif, which I think is okay. I'd love to see a little Felix.

I love the name Felix, and wonderful to see your late dad's name in the middle, a great way to honor and remember him.
I told Zack (my fiance) that if we're ever blessed with a daughter, her middle name will be Kathleen, after my late mom. I told him it's non-negotiable. Thankfully he's fine with it!

Exactly what happened with my fiance and me, except substitute "Jim" for "Zack", leave out the word "late", and subtitute "Zoe" for "Kathleen." My fiance was also fine with it, but I would have fought him to the death if he hadn't been, lol.

Well I LOVE Felix and while I am not a fan of Allan, the fact that it's honouring is nice. The other names they were considering are also nice, especially Gideon.
