I like the name Micah a lot. I think it sounds quiet, humble, soft, approachable, and intelligent.

I think Micah is better than Micaiah, but Micaiah is cool too. It sounds a little more outgoing and "exotic", if that makes sense. Less shy maybe, more of a "cool" person.
