I met a…
Baby Judy today! There was a little Judy today at church, a few months old. I'm pretty sure she was named after someone (she walked in with a grown up Judy).
It's not a name I've ever been find of, and it felt a little weird calling a baby "Judy," but I was still really glad to see it. A nice change from the multitude of isabellas and Abbys I seem to encounter everywhere.

Adorable, and Judy Chicago's a great namesake.
I love Judy, so cute. It's really adorable.
It's my niece's name. She's two, and she was named after her grandmother.
I love it. It's like a little gemstone, sparkly and beautiful. And I agree, it's a nice change of pace from all the Abbys and Isabellas.

Judy is adorable. I don't like Judith as it's heavy and sullen, but Judy is so bright and cheerful and vivacious, albeit very much in a poodle skirt and saddle shoes at the malt shop kind of way.

Not my personal favourite, but it's a breath of fresh air on a little one.
Oh, how sweet! I love Judy. I might use it as a middle name someday, now that I think about it, to honor someone. I agree, it's a breath of fresh air. Would enjoy hearing it more often.
Judy isn't a favourite of mine, but this makes my heart happy.
Judy reminds me too much of Judge Judy. Makes me think of a crabby, very bitter older woman.
Much prefer Jody/Jodie
