I can't like it at all especially for a girl because of Vespa scooters that everyone rides in Italy. Tourists hire them and ride them around too.I did think of Vesper Genevieve though. It's feminine but the Vs in it kind of make it flow with Vesper, I think.
Also Vesper Camille.

Thanks for your input. I do realize I sounds a lot like vespa, but I think it's a lovely name nonetheless. Vesper Genevieve and Vesper Camille are both lovely. Thanks again.
