Can I ask why it reminds you of a corset? I'm quite interested! I wouldn't normally go for something quite so unusual as a middle name, but I felt with Beatrice being so popular it was a good opportunity / excuse to use one of my more out-there favourites :)

I think because Beatrice fits in so well polite tea-parties, all the ladies in white dresses nibbling at sandwiches with the crusts cut off. It's a name that feels like its trying to strap you up and pull you into a perfect shape that you don't want to be. Like a corset. Ohh that kinda make sense that you'd feel like you could use something unusual with something popular :)
