Evander - I can only think of the boxer Evander Holyfield. It's not a terrible image but it still does nothing for me.

I love Desmond, Luther, Dorian, and Evander. Evander is my favorite male name, and it has been for quite a while now. I'd name a son Evander if I ever have one.

Martin - Nice name.
Terrence - I knew a kid in 2nd grad with this name.
Desmond - Don't really like it.
Luther - Okay with it.
Dorian - Too feminine.
Donovan - Not something I would use.
Evander - Also not something I'd use.

Evander is one of my two favorite boys' names ever. The rest I don't care for. Martin is very fuddy-duddy, Terrance / Terrence is meh, Desmond and Dorian not masculine enough, Luther heavy, and Donovan is too swinging 60s London.

I adore Dorian, it's such a handsome name and it reminds me of the novel by Oscar Wilde, one of my favourite authors.
Evander is nice too. The other ones are not my style.

Martin - It's not uncommon is it?? I'd say it was nice but kind of ordinary.

I love Martin, Terrence, Desmond and Luther. Donovan is okay, I prefer Donald. Dorian I abhor and Evander, I don't care for.
