Jerica is not terrible, but it doesn't do anything for me. Erica is much nicer. Jerica looks like a mash-up of Eric and Jerry, or an attempt to make Jericho into a girls' name. It's just not very attractive.

Rosina I don't like. There are so many nice Rose names besides Rosina, it seems a shame to pick that one.
