I don't think so. It was my granny's name and she hated it as well which puts me off it even more!

I agree. It is my grandmothers name, and it's not a very appealing name, if you will. I suppose I am biased, for I do not have a close relationship with this grandmother. However, the name still just sounds horrendous to me in general.

Joining the "Phyllis is my grandma's name" club
I have a soft spot for it because I love my grandma, but I think it's unusable nowadays because it's dated, as well as the similarity to the STD syphilis.
Since the OP had asked for combos, I'll give my grandma's... Phyllis Jocelyn.
