I can see it on a cute little fairy character, sure. But in real life? No way! Totally no way!!
It's waay to frilly and totally childish. It's gonna be seriously awkward once the girl is past five years old. Can you imagine being 18 and having to admit your name is Lilifee??
It would make a cute nickname if you like that kind of thing.
Use Lily Fiona or something and have Lilyfee as her baby nickname. But as a full given name I think it'd be awful >_
