I know this makes me out of the loop, but never seen Game of Thrones.
I thought of a couple of things upon reading the topic title:
Bingin'
Ben 10
Ben Afleck + Jennifer Lopez
Benji
Unfortunately, it took all those rabbit tunnels before I thought of it on a person.
While it's not horrible, and I would only blink if I met one, I would not consider it myself, nor would I reccommend it. It's just NMS, and not particularly handsome to me.
Benjamin is much better imo.
Consider these alternatives too:
Bennen
Brennan
Bentin or Benton
Benyamin
Balendin
Boyan

I appreciate the suggestions, but none of those names have the same sound as Benjen/Benjamin. I think it's the "J" that really appeals to me; it's so bouncy and happy. I can't think of another way to put it.

Ah, and I purposely left the 'j' out because that is what distracted me.
If that is the sound you like, then I can't think of anything similar either. Though, I did have a friend with a cat named Bojangles that is just about as fun.
