No. Most Christmassy names I really don't like, and I'm not religious, anyway, so Christmas doesn't mean much to me aside from the general cultural and commercial aspect. Like, if the child was born in spring, I wouldn't call them Flora, and if they were born in winter I wouldn't call them Winter. The time of year a baby is born wouldn't make any difference to me.
