I don't like Cassie for an Airedale Terrier. The breed has a more serious look to me and Cassie seems frivolous.

Sounds fine! Cassie is a warm, friendly name and easy for a dog to answer to. I'd never use it for a dog myself, though, as I have a lovely friend called Cassie - short for Catherine Sarah
