I agree with the ladies before me and with Ismene especially as using Coco as a nickname for Cleo. To make both girls happy perhaps say her full name is Cleo Coco?

Coco it played out as a dog name, I think. I much prefer Cleo, and actually Coco works easily as a nn for Cleo. All of my pets end up with nicknames anyhow
