HelpRe: How tempting are the initials P.P. ?

Nobody cares about initials where I live. They aren't used the same way as in the US.
So I'd say "who cares?". I really don't care about initials, no matter what they spell.
And I might be stupid...but I can't figure out why P.P would be a problem at all?
