Not so much. The sound of it is so brassy and clownish to me. It feels artificially perky and bordering on silly. I don't notice so much on a child, but on anyone past puberty it's unappealing to me. I mean, I think it's a decent name, and it doesn't really draw my attention as a very bad one. But picturing it as the author's name on the spine of a book ... I'd not have the highest hopes for it being a good book.

I guess if it's there, it is better as a nickname for Luciana than anything else. I don't care for Lucille, but I'd call an adult Lucille "Lou" or "Ceelie" before I'd bust out Lucy.
