I heart them all. My first dd is Katherine (Kate) and I can honestly say that I would have used a form of Katherine for my first dd no matter the surname.
My faves from your list are Katarina, Ekaterina and Katya (although I prefer Katia).
My faves are Aikaterine, Katerina, Kasia, Caitriona / Catriona and Catalina but it's all good. I just love all Kat names.
