Albert, George, Homer, Joel, Kenneth and Keith are okay. I used to like Terrance until I encountered someone who couldn't pronounce their are 'r's who ruined it for me. Eventually, I might come back to it.

I would like Valery better for a man if I didn't live in an area that consistently uses it as a girls name. Internationally, I think it is nice. Bachir is great, but if you hadn't given the pronunciation, It would probably be pronounced incorrectly.

I really like Ari and Joel. Re: Elisha, my youngest has a bff named Elisha. He has told me before that people have thought he was a female before meeting him. He has also been called Elisa and Alicia, etc. Still, he likes his name and I have to admit, it has really grown on me.

I like Collin, but prefer it spelled Colin. I also like Kenneth. The one that I hate, hate, hate is Joel. I don't know exactly why I hate the name Joel so much. I feel like every Joel on earth is obnoxious. Even though I've ever only known one and he was okay.

I also like Rudolf. However, my dad's name is Rudolph and he hates his name (largely because of the reindeer association, but for other reasons as well) and that has affected my overall feelings about the name. Coincidentally, his brother's name is Norman.

I love Howard--it's sweet and unassuming sounding. I like Collin spelled Colin, too. George and Homer are both family names, but I'm meh on Homer and George is something I like more in theory than on my own kid.

Oh, I love Ari (only as AH-ree, not AIR-ee). Joel is really nice too. I might like Arseniy as well if it weren't so close to arsenic and arson.
