Bugs!? No. June makes me think: school's out! Early summer. It's a good name.
I knew a woman whose first name was June when I lived in Texas, where the june bugs were insane in the month of June - you could not keep them out of the house - and I never ever connected her name with the bugs, even when she and the bugs were present at the same time and place. So your question seems a little silly to me!
