Her qualities will remain unchanged whatever mn she chooses. The important consideration is what sounds good and flows well with her fn and her ln.
So, Megan Ruth; Megan Alice; Megan Elinor; Megan Felicity.

Well, it's not essential that she have a middle name; some people don't. My stepfather and his twin sister don't, and until the last century and a half or so, it was more common not to have a middle name.
But if she would like to give herself one, there's always Joy.
Or she could take a relative's first, middle or last name as her middle name.
