I dislike it. I think it would be better as just Megan Althea or Megan Orion (this spelling).

Megan Orian Althea Lord is a mouthful.

Is Lord the ln, or another given name?

Orian looks like a spelling mistake. What about Oriane or Oriana instead? Megan Oriana could work - good flow - but I'd prefer just Megan Althea.

I agree. Oriane or Oriana would be nicer, but just like Anneza I prefer just Megan Althea.

Megan Orian Lord is already her name, however she's looking for another middle name and considering Althea. Lord is her surname.

I love the flow and sound of Megan Althea Lord, but the Orian is throwing me off a bit.

If it is honoring, then I could appreciate it more. However, it's simply not my style... Spelled Orion it might be a bit more interesting, even if I wouldn't choose it.

The overall flow of the name (in terms of syllables) works well though.

Is Lord the surname, or a third middle?
Is Orian pronounced like Orion?
Megan Althea is a very nice combo. I need more info about the other names.

Lord is her surname. Orian is pronounced 'Orion', and is part of her name. So Althea is the new part.
