From your list, I like Noam best. The meaning of 'pleasantness' makes it appealing to both genders.
I prefer Dara on boys than girls, mainly because it's an Irish name to me + plus it reminds of Dara Ó Briain (whom I don't really care for).
I don't really hate any other names from your list but I'm not a fan of Dana or Skylar.
