There is no tradition to give geographical names in Russia.
Anyway, Fedosia/Feodosia sounds really weird on a Russian woman born in the second half of the 20th century.

I would not use common classic names with Fedosia. But if you still want to use archaic names, you need to explain, why did your characters' parents choose them. Otherwise you would look like a person who knows nothing about modern Russia.
