In the US, it's becoming less popular (though still in the top 100), because it has been very popular and almost all very popular names, barring a few male classics, lose popularity eventually. It could come back in the US eventually, but first it would have to lose popularity totally, and it hasn't even done that yet. In the UK, I don't know, the statistics here show it holding steady in the 100s but they don't go back very far.
