Moira - love. I strongly associate it with the character of Moira MacTaggert (of Marvel Comics and adaptations), but that is in no way a negative association. I would absolutely use this name irl. It's very pretty without being frilly and ties into my own Celtic heritage.
Elise - generally neutral. I have a niece named Alise, and all the similar spellings and pronunciations confuse my brain.
Jane - like. I immediately think of Jane Foster, which is again a very positive association for me. Of course, I've also heard the whole "Plain Jane" thing since I was a kid, so there's that too. I prefer it as a middle name. I also prefer Jean (Jean Grey, Hermione Jean Granger) to Jane, if that's in any way relevant.
