I like them both very much. I wouldn't use them as fns though - it would be a really rare Juliet who didn't turn out to be Julie or Jules, and the only Eloise I've ever known (delightful kid) was known in her family as Wheezy.

I greatly enjoy Tessa Juliet. Given enough daughters, I'd have named one of them Vickie after a good friend, and Eloise Vickie flows better than Vickie Eloise, but she'd still have been known as Vickie.
