Re: Ashlee Simpson named her daughter...

Ugly ugly ugly. Jagger is ugly even when it's only a last name, and it can only belong to one and so all I see when I hear it is those huge lips and that seventy-year-old who still thinks he's a sexpot.
I think, therefore I judge.

Yeah, that man some 40 years past his prime who still thinks he's God's gift to women. I can't get no satisfaction from Ashlee Simpson naming her daughter after that man.
Reality check
As long as he has fame and millions, no matter what he looks like, he is God's gift to women, so you can't blame him for thinking so.

I guess I hold the unpopular opinion that if Mick Jagger is able to perform and is happy to do it, he should keep doing it regardless of his age. There are so many people who say he should just hang it up, but I'm not sure why. I'm sure he's not messing around sexually as much as he did when he was younger, but he's still going to have that trademark Mick Jagger presence while onstage. More power to him, IMO.
I agree
Most people, if asked, will say that ageism is wrong. And most people, when it comes to their older or elderly relatives, think it's just great if they keep up what they were doing in their youth. How often have we seen or heard, "My mom is 65 and she wants to go sky diving!" So why should Jagger be any different.
Anyway, in my opinion, some men actually get better looking as they age, and I think Jagger is one of them.

My father is definitely more handsome now than he ever was. So is my husband, though he's only in his 30s.
I wonder if Mick Jagger realizes his surname has become a kinda-sorta popular baby name? I know a girl who named her son Jagger, so even non-celebs are doing it.
