Alasdair is a nice strong boys name, if a bit old-fashioned.
Ewan is nice enough, so is Cuthbert.
I really like Gerard :D
I don't like the name Cormac.
Anouk is really interesting and cool sounding

Alasdair - I find this a very handsome name, go for it!
Ewan - This name is kind of weak in my opinion. How are you pronouncing it?
Cuthbert - horrible, clunky, nothing appealing about it at all apart from the meaning. Prefer something like Hubert or Robert
Gerard - nice, similar feeling to Alasdair, I could see them as brothers
Cormac - eh, nothing exciting about it

Oh, how I love Anouk! It has been a favorite of mine since childhood. As for the others, Alasdair and Cuthbert would receive my first votes, and then Gerard and Cormac.

I think Cormac is nice.

I love Alasdair (personal preference is Alastair though), Gerard, Cormac, and Anouk. Cuthbert just has no appeal for me, and while Ewan is nice, I don't feel like it's anything special.

The only one I really like is Gerard, and I adore that name.

Alasdair-- noice. I prefer the phonetic Alister, but any version of this name is lovely!
Ewan-- makes me think of Ewan McGregor... not a bad association!
Cuthbert-- hee hee. I'm sure it's a perfectly good name, but it just sounds funny to me...
Gerard-- far superior to Gerald, but I don't like the nn Jerry.
Cormac-- reminds me of Cormac McCarthy... not a bad association, either!
Anouk-- never heard of it... it's very interesting!

Alasdair - Love love love it!
Ewan - I quite like this although the "ew" sounds and looks a little unattractive
Cuthbert - Don't like this. Sounds like custard but somehow at the same time sounds really posh and snobby.
Gerard - Fine, nothing too exciting though
Cormac - Nice
Anouk - Cute
