Napoleon's great. I think it's a really fun middle name. Napoleon Dynamite seems like a classic at this point, so I think it could still be hard to wear as a first name.
The name sightings are all neat. I love weird IRL names.
I also like the sibsets with the shared first names. Seems like the paperwork would be hell for the parents, but I don't object it to it in principle or anything like that. Carl Otto and Carl Oscar are both adorable, and I've always liked Tindra. I know brothers named Carlos Rafael and Carlos Roberto. I believe their dad is also Carlos. It's funny, but when they weren't around each other they both went by Carlos. Eh.
