Yay!!!
I first became aware of the name due to Aphra Behn, who was basically just plain awesome: one of the first women in recorded history to make a living entirely based on her own writings, an actual spy, etc.
And the name Aphra itself is really cool, too. It's short and sweet, and doesn't really sound like anything that's currently popular or trendy in the Western world.
