I've always loved Ursula - even when I watched "The Little Mermaid" as a kid. And then later, in the live-action "George of the Jungle" (the one with Brendan Fraser), George's love interest was Ursula, which helped it not seem like such a "sea-witch" name.
Ursula is an elegant name that starts with an atypical letter ("U"), so it's eye-catching, as well.

That's where I actually first heard the name and liked it ever since. Glad to know The Little Mermaid didn't ruin it for you...I've actually only seen it once and I was like, 4 or 5 (I wasn't much of a Disney kid) so the association never bothered me.
