Where did Briar come from?
Last year Briar charted for both boys and girls. Was it used by a celebrity or something?

My guess would just be the Disney influence (not that it hasn't been around for years as that, but maybe through social media it's more en vogue now?) and that nature type names are becoming more mainstream as well.
I have no information regarding the source, but I like it for a boy and I get why someone would for a girl. I'd rather it than many of the recent creations that chart high.
