Paris! Maybe because I live in London I can't take it seriously as a name. And also for a girl it sounds too harsh. Paris has a nicer sound and seems more exotic to me.
I'd never use Paris but it's a bit of a GP and I can see why it does appeal to people. I liked it when I was a teenager!
