I want to like it, but for some reason it really reminds me of 'offal' and I can't get that out of my mind. I thought about the Oh-FAY-lee-uh pronunciation, but then all I hear is failure. I just can't get into it like everyone else seems to.

It's an exceptionally beautiful name. It's both aesthetically pleasing and sounds wonderful. It's a pity that the Shakespeare connection is so strong and unpleasant.

I think it's pretty if pronounced o-FE-lyah instead of o-FEEL-yə.
