I don't know if this counts, but I really like Jessie/Jessy for a girl and Jesse for a boy. I would have to keep the spellings though. Same with Jo/Joe, Dawn/Don, Rae/Ray, Erin/Aaron and Frances/Francis.

I agree with several others who listed Robin and Sage. I don't mind Jamie or Georgie as nicknames for either gender.
