Philomena
It's very close. I like them about equally. Wilhelmina has strength and a down to earth quality about it and Philomena feels similar, but has a cool meaning too, which has swayed me a bit. I actually knew a very lovely Philomena too, but she went by Phil. I don't know if I prefer the Willa sound to Phila though. Ah well, I'll still say Philomena, it's rare that I even like -ena/-ina names, but both are great.

Philomena does have a great name meaning. Now you're making me love it even more. I really feel basically tied between these two.
