Not a big fan. Seems like a feminization of Eliot, and I’m just not a fan of that.

I think that here in Italy we have not a feminine form of it.

Well...I have no ties with it and it is the first time I hear it so I surely will not use it in real life.
But it is ok. Good sound and simple!

Sorry, supposed to be under OP
It's better than Elliot for a girl, but I can't say I really care for it. I reminds me of a lot of French words, like voilette (shawl), bicyclette, galette (pancake), etc.
