I have a feeling about Thomas here for some reason, even though it doesn’t seem to have the same royal family ties as Arthur or Edward.

I thought I came across an English prince named Thomas some time ago, but other than that, I'm not sure why Kate and Will would use it.

Okok you're right. I'm changing my answer to Alfred Philip Michael. (That is still wishful thinking though, I don't think they'll actually use Alfred.)

Thomas was one of Henry V three younger brothers. The others were John & Humphrey.
