I think zohaib means either one who is like gold in value, or one who is more valuable than gold. its a persian name.
thats all i know, or rather, thats all my mom told me when i asked her a coupla years ago! dunno abt abrar....

I haven't heard of ZOHAIB, but if it really means "golden", I wouldn't be surprised if there was some connection to the Hebrew word "zahav / zahab" (gold). In that case I would doubt the Persian origin of the name - unless "zahav" was a loan word from Persia, which I can't prove.Andy ;—)
