Meaning & origin of name by Phronza |
"Phroncia" is most likely a form of "Phronsie" which is a pet name for "Sophronia", a Greek name meaning "sensible".
Perhaps the best-known and best-beloved Phronsie was the baby of the family in Margaret Sidney's classic children's book: *Five Little Peppers and How They Grew*.
