I do read all messages, but find myself with little time lately to do any actual posting. Besides, it seems that you and a few others are doing a great job at answering the questions that pop up here!
Re anagram names: if you keep a master list send it to me after you're done and I will put it somewhere (not sure where yet).

It's nice to see you, whenever you can find the time to pop in. :)
I've found those two historical references to the goddess Nanaea -- or rather, to the Temple of Nanaea as mentioned in the first book of The Maccabees.
Flavius Josephus, in both his works *The Jewish War* and *Antiquities of the Jews*, identifies Nanaea with the goddess Artemis.
Appian, in his *Syrian Wars*, identifies Nanaea with the goddess Aphrodite.
So, I guess I'm half virgin huntress and half booty-call babe. No wonder I was such a contrary kid when growing up! :)
