I am an out of the closet bibliophile (I LOVE BOOKS!) and a college student currently studying Japanese, but have studied Gaelic, Russian, Spanish, Latin, Hebrew and a couple of other languages. I am 36 and damn proud of it (can't understand why anybody would lie about their age :shakes head:.) I might try signing up for Ojibway that they're going to be teaching this coming semester under "Uncommonly Taught Languages". Read, write, research, read some more, interview, read some more...Phyllis (aka Sidhe Uaine or Gaia Euphoria)

My name is Nancy. I live in Australia and I am 24 years old. I was born in El Salvador and migrated to Australia in 1989. My first language is Spanish. I must admit that I don't know much about names etc..that's why I am addicted to this website! It's a learning experience everyday. Cheers!

I'm 18, 19 in February and I also don't know as much as the nice people on here :)
I've also always been very interested in names so I learn a lot from this board.
I named my sister, who's 12 years younger than myself, Victoria Isabela (Victoria b/c it's pretty & strong and Isabela after my grandma - Izabela), and I also named my dog, Mabel, because that name has a meaning that suits her!
:) I speak Polish, French, Spanish, and obviously English.
