Hi...my name is Phronia. This is the first site that I have ever found any name similar to mine. I clicked on the name "Frona" and it brought up "Sophronia". I am assuming my name came from that. I am female and caucasian. Phronia was my mother's name and from there it came from one of her aunts. We have never been able to find the origin or the meaning of my name.
