I AM WANTING TO FIND THE MEANING OF THE NAME ZORKA FOR A PERSON I KNOW.HER NEICE IS NAMED ZORKA BUT THEY HAVE NO CLUE AS TO WHAT IT MEANS. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

As you can see, they say:
1. Sorka is a Slavic pet form for Seraphina
2. It's a Slavic name.Not sure about the origin,could be a form of Zora (Dawn) or Zorana.
3. It's a short or dimunitive form of Slavic names beginning with Zor- (from zora - "dawn")
