Dudu, Doudoum...
I've noticed a very weird Sephardic name. It can be written Dudu, Doudou, Doudoun, Dudum... It is a female name, especially used in Turkey and Saloniki. Any idea of its meaning? Thank you!Claire

It's a common nickname for David in Hebrew and Yiddish. This doesn't explain the female usage, though.
