Subject: 1861 census

This name appears on the census as a christian name. The child was born in Marylebone London. Could it have been Faolan, Phelan or Faelan? These are all male Irish names. The parents of Faling , a girl, were probably illiterate and may have heard the name somewhere or the census taker didn't know the name. Any ideas?
