I don't know if it's actually a name, but who cares? if you like it, then go ahead. Seta and Sayta aren't like way-far-out there names that someone randomly made up: Seta's apparently been used before, and I think it's cool.
Whatever floats your boat. Sorry, I don't know a meaning.

I would guess it is a variation of Sita which I have also seen spelt Seeta. It's an Indian name. Rama and Sita are characters from a Hindu story.Rosey.
